New drug to reboot our immune systems? Options

Just read about a new drug to reboot the immune system and dampen inflammation. Here's the link if anyone is interested. It's all early stages at the moment but hopeful for the future if the trial is successful.

I've emailed about it, I never get trials because I've flunked so many drugs but they might, just might consider on compassionate grounds?

Jenni I really hope so.

I read a few articles on it and it does seem promising. I have read that it can be 15 years before new drugs are used, well in one article it stated that it is 15 years down the line. The fact that they are now using it in trials on people makes it even nearer for us all.

I think it sounds funny though to say that my body needs re booting.

Just thought Jenni..........You use to say that it was time for the Red Boots, well you only have to put a d on the end of the re bit and it says RED BOOTING.

I just love reading the replies that people put up. Just wish that some people knew what they were talking about. This one if particular...

Isn't it easier and cheaper just to give up wheat? Wheat is known to suppress your immune system and cause rheumatism and athritis, as well as a host of other problems put down to 'growing old'. Take charge of your life and give up wheat!
